My red and green Tilda for the Totally Tilda Challenges blog that is!
And here is a close up of the shimmery loveliness. I hope you can see it. I used some vanilla smooch spray by SU.
Now, I know you are thinking, "how the heck did she thread that organza ribbon through there????"
Truth be told, I am a reformed sewer. Yep, I actually have sewn bridal wear, my kids clothes (when they were babes) quilts, you name it. I have a serger and a pfaff sewing machine and all the fixins.
That includes this handy little tool they sell at sewing shops for pulling surged ends back through the serged stitching to tie off the ends.
Here is my little secret.
It is long and skinny and can be threaded through the tiniest places. It wasn't expensive either.
HERE is another example of a card I used it on over at my blog. There is also a wonderful Handmade flower tutorial there too so go check it out.
Make sure you scroll down and see all the other Magnolia girls posts here too. Sometimes the posting here is fast and furious! hahahah!
So make a Traditional Red and Green Tilda card and enter it over at Totally Tilda!
I am entering my card at Magnolia Down Under where the theme is Tag it!
